Rieth Interpretive Center

The Rieth Interpretive Center is the new home for Goshen’s Parks and Recreation Department. While the office remains closed, staff members are working from the Schrock Pavilion and Reith Interpretive Center. A new location has been sought, but no date has been set.

In order to build the new facility, Heyde consulted with architects from Nuway and Ancon. Both architects quoted costs of about $280,000 to $350,000, respectively. But, he believed it would be less costly to build a standalone building at the Rieth Interpretive Center. However, he did note that the standalone building would not have the same aesthetics or materials as the main building.
